Vistcore Consultants is located in an older building, Flat No 10A in the MSBD Housing Society. It’s right across from the Shivaji Nagar Bus Stand in Pune. If you know that area, you know how loud it gets with all the buses coming and going all day. The office belongs to V.N. Mahadik, and we’ve set up our consultancy work here. It’s a very simple setup. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of paper stacks. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which I think people actually like. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just walk in and we're right there working. We spend a lot of time dealing with various government departments and clients who need help with their paperwork. The Shivaji Nagar area is central, so it’s easy for people to reach us by bus or rickshaw, even if the traffic is a bit of a mess. We usually have the windows closed to keep out the dust and noise from the bus stand. Sometimes the society gate is a bit sticky, but you just have to give it a good push. We’ve been here for a while and we know the neighborhood well. Our staff is just a couple of us who have worked together for years. We don't use any complicated software for our meetings, we just talk face to face. It’s a very traditional way of doing things. There are no fancy titles or badges here.
