You can find us at A-14 in the Pavana Industrial Premises. Our specific unit is T 204, which is right in the heart of the Midc area in Bhosari. We make industrial heaters here. It’s a lot of metalwork and assembly. The shop floor is usually covered in tools, wires, and bits of heating elements. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of orders going on at once. Bhosari is a loud, active place, and our workshop fits right in with all the clanging and banging. We don't have any fancy receptionists or a waiting room. Usually, if someone comes by, they just walk straight into the work area and we talk over the noise of the machines. We have been doing this for a long time. Most of the staff has been here since the start, so we know how to put these things together pretty quickly. In the summer months, it gets incredibly hot inside the unit, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or what's happening in the neighborhood. It's a very straightforward way to earn a living. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. We just focus on the heaters and make sure they work the way they are supposed to before they go out the door to the customers.
