Vishwas Bhat

My name is Vishwas Bhat and I work out of Shivaji Nagar. My office is located at the Tower Char Rasta, specifically at 759/73. It’s a landmark area, so most people don't have a hard time finding where we are. The traffic around the Char Rasta can be a bit much in the afternoons, but that’s the price you pay for being in such a central spot. Inside the office, things are pretty quiet compared to the street outside. I’ve got my books and my files all organized in a way that makes sense to me, even if it looks a bit cluttered to anyone else. I’ve been doing this for a long time now. I don't really see the need for a lot of flash. We just handle the business that comes through the door. Sometimes clients stay for a while and we end up talking about the local news or how the city is changing. It’s that kind of place. I usually handle the phone calls myself because I like knowing what's going on. If I’m out at a site, I leave a note or call people back when I get a chance. Life moves fast in Shivaji Nagar, but we try to keep a steady pace here. No big promises, just showing up every morning and doing the work that needs doing at 759/73. That’s the way I like it. It keeps the days interesting without being too stressful.
