Vishwaland Developers operates out of the Pushkar2 Building, which is right across from the Maharaja Complex on Paud Road. If you know Kothrud, you know how busy that stretch gets. Ravi S. Sharma is usually around the office at A-8, making sure things are moving along. Pune has grown so much in the last few years, and being right here in the middle of it means we see the change every single day. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a functional space where we look at maps and talk about land. Sometimes the traffic on Paud Road makes it hard for people to visit, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest name out there, just a local team that knows the area. We have a lot of folders stacked up and the computers are always humming. It’s a bit of a walk up if the elevator is acting up, which happens now and then. We handle everything from here, from the first talk to the final papers. It’s a lot of coordination with different people, and sometimes it gets stressful, but that is just the nature of developing land in a city like Pune. We’ve got our routine down. The Maharaja Complex landmark helps people find us when they get lost. We just stick to what we know and try to get the work finished without too much fuss or unnecessary talk. It is just us working in Kothrud.
