Our office is on the first floor of the Nandadeep building on Bhandarkar Road. It is a pretty nice area in Deccan Gymkhana, quite central for everything in Pune. We are tucked right behind the Panchvati Gaurav Hotel, so if you can find the hotel, you can find us. Vishwadharma Constructure is basically a group of us who have been in the building trade for a long time. We handle the paperwork and the planning from here. It is not a silent office; there is always someone talking about cement, steel, or labor schedules. We have been in this spot for a while and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us. Bhandarkar Road is always busy, but our building stays relatively calm once you get inside. We do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to construction projects around the city. We aren't interested in sounding like a giant corporation because we aren't one. We are just local people who understand how to build things that last. Sometimes we have tea at the hotel nearby when the day gets too long. There are blueprints all over the desks and our boots are usually a bit dusty from visiting sites. We just focus on getting the structures up and making sure the walls are straight. It is hard work but we don't know any other way to do it.
