Rbk Exports is located on the first floor of Wing 'C' in the Shoppers Orbit building on Alandi Road in Vishrantwadi. It’s a busy complex with plenty of other offices and shops around us. Being on the first floor means we have people constantly walking past, and there’s a general buzz of activity throughout the day. Our office is where all the paperwork and coordination for our export business happens. It’s usually filled with files, boxes, and the sound of phones ringing or keyboards tapping. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to make sure things are moving where they need to go. It’s a lot of logistical work, which can be stressful when there are delays at the docks or with transport. We don't have a big fancy lobby for visitors. It’s mostly just a workspace meant for getting things sorted. Vishrantwadi is a good spot for us because it’s well-connected, but the traffic on Alandi Road can be a real pain during peak hours. We’re a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from packing samples to talking to customs agents. It’s not a glamorous life, but we like the challenge of getting goods from one place to another. We just focus on the daily grind and try to keep our shipments on track as best as we can without making too much noise about it.
