Vipul Facility Management Pvt. Ltd is tucked away in Archana Hilltown, right on Nibm Road in the Kondhwa area of Pune. Our office is A-403, and it’s usually full of people coming and going. Pune has grown so much lately, and Kondhwa is always bustling. We spend a lot of time on the road, checking in on different sites we manage. It’s a lot of juggling schedules and making sure the cleaning crews and maintenance guys are where they need to be. It’s not a glamorous job by any means. There’s always some small crisis to deal with, like a lift being out of order or a water tank issue. We just take it as it comes. The team here is pretty tight-knit. We’ve worked together for a good while now. We don't go in for big speeches or anything like that. We just want to make sure the buildings under our care aren't falling apart. It takes a lot of coordination and late-night phone calls sometimes. The traffic on Nibm Road can be a real pain in the afternoon, but we’ve learned to plan around it. We’re just regular people trying to do a solid job. Our door is usually open if someone needs to drop off paperwork or just have a quick chat about a project. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us out of trouble.
