Our office is located in Shukrawar Peth, specifically on the third floor of Gire Chambers. If you know Tilak Road, we are right there near Hirabaug, which is a pretty busy landmark. Being right in front of the Bank of India makes it easier for people to find us, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache during peak hours. Vinayak and the rest of the team spend most of the day here at Survey No 1042. The building has an elevator, but sometimes it is faster to just take the stairs if you are in a rush. Inside, it is usually a mix of phones ringing and the sound of keyboards. We have a lot of files stacked up because that is just the nature of the work we do here. The windows look out over the street, so we see the city moving all day long. It gets a bit loud when the traffic builds up in the evening, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been at this location for a decent amount of time, and the neighbors in the building are mostly other professional offices. We keep things pretty straightforward. There is no big reception area or anything like that, just a place where we sit down and get through the paperwork. It is a practical space for practical work. We usually have the windows open a bit if it is not too dusty outside to let in some fresh air.
