Vinayak Electromech Pvt Ltd is situated in Sonali Tower, over in the Kasturba Society area of Vishrantwadi. We are on the seventh floor, specifically at 6, D7. Being in Pune, specifically this part of the city, means we are always surrounded by a lot of movement. Our office is a place where we sit down to look over technical drawings and handle the paperwork for our electromechanical projects. It’s a regular office with desks and computers, nothing too flashy. We have a small group of people working here who have been with us for years. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff here while the actual work happens out at the industrial sites. It can get a bit hectic when we have several deadlines hitting at once. We usually have lunch together and talk about how the city is changing. Vishrantwadi has become so crowded lately, but it’s a good spot for us to be located. We don’t do much in the way of big announcements or shiny brochures. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. We just try to keep things running smoothly and make sure the jobs get finished. It is a practical business run by practical people. We stay focused on the engineering side and leave the fancy talk to others. That’s how we’ve always done it.
