We’re located over at Gaia Apex in Viman Nagar, which is a busy part of town to be in. Working with polymers and bonding materials means there’s always a specific smell in the air at our place. It’s not a bad smell, just the smell of work. Our day usually starts with checking the machines and making sure the supplies are ready for the shift. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who have been with us for years and some newer faces. We don't go in for big corporate meetings or long speeches. We just look at the production schedule and get started. The warehouse part of the building can get a bit chaotic when several orders are being packed at once. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s busy, boxes end up everywhere. Viman Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s easy for the transport trucks to get in and out, most of the time anyway. Sometimes the traffic is a nightmare, but we manage. We aren't trying to do anything crazy, just making sure the products we turn out at Polybond India Private Limited are solid and do what they’re supposed to do. We take pride in the fact that we show up every day and do the job. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’ve got a good rhythm going now. We keep our tools sharp and our eyes on the production line.
