Vilas Jawadekar

We are located on Sinhgad Road in Pune. If you know this road, you know how packed it gets with cars and buses at all hours of the day. Vilas Jawadekar is right in the middle of that hustle. Our space is nothing too fancy. It is just a place where we come to work every morning and leave late in the evening. The noise from the street is always there, a constant hum of engines and horns. Inside, the walls are a bit bare and the lighting is just those long tube lights that flicker sometimes. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of work to do. We don't spend money on expensive decorations or designer furniture. It is more about having a spot to sit and get things organized. The tea stall downstairs is where we get our energy from. People come in with questions all the time, and we just try to help them out as best as we can. It is a very plain way of working. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to tell us how to sound professional. We just speak like we are at home. Sinhgad Road is a tough place to park, so we all mostly come on our two-wheelers. It is just a regular part of our daily life in Pune. We stay busy and don't complain about the noise.
