If you are looking for us, we are located at 40/B Golghar in Pune. It is right near the Kilbil School, so you can usually hear the kids playing or the bell ringing if you are here at the right time. Being in Maharashtra, especially in this part of Pune with the 411016 pin code, means there is always traffic and noise outside. Vilas Javdekar & Associates is just a regular office. We have some chairs that aren't the most comfortable and the tea guy comes around twice a day with hot cups. The building is older, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time looking at plans or talking on the phone with various people. It is not like those corporate offices in the IT parks. We have posters on the walls that are a bit crooked and the windows need a good cleaning every week because of the city soot and dust. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We know the neighbors and the shopkeepers around Golghar quite well. It is a decent spot to work from. We don't have a big sign with lights, just a simple one on the door. The walk from the main road is short but can be dusty. It is just a bunch of us working through the pile of tasks we have. We keep the fans running high during the April heat. It works.
