We are over at Vithal Heritage on the third floor, flat number 12. This is our Akurdi office in Pune 411 035. It’s a regular apartment that we use for the business. Being on the third floor means a bit of a walk up if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. We work on various development projects around this side of town. It’s mostly about managing the sites and making sure the supplies show up. We don’t have a flashy lobby or anything. It’s just a place where we sit down and look at blueprints. The area here in Akurdi has its own pace. We’ve been through some busy times and some slow ones. Dealing with construction means you get your hands dirty and you spend a lot of time on your feet. We try to be sensible about how we handle things. There’s always a lot of back and forth with the contractors. We just want to get the work done right. It's a lot of checking and re-checking. We are just a local bunch trying to make a living in the building trade. You’ll find us here most days, unless we are out at a site. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to keep everything moving. It's a lot of phone calls and checking on schedules. We just keep at it every single day. There’s no point in complicating the simple stuff.
