Our place is set up in Kothrud, specifically at 15 Jaibhawani Nagar. We share the space with Sou. Suchitra Shekhar Tikone. It’s a local setup, nothing too grand. We spend most of our time dealing with building projects around Pune 29. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks. If you come by, you’ll see we are just a small team. Construction can be messy and complicated, but we’ve been doing it for a while now. We know the streets around here pretty well. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We just talk like regular people because that's what we are. There’s always some new regulation or a delay with materials, so we stay busy trying to sort those out. It's a lot of phone calls and checking on the workers. We take care of the details as they come up. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but we figure it out. Being in a residential area like Kothrud means we are close to the people we work for. It makes things feel more personal. We have our files and our plans and we just get to work every morning. It's practical work that requires us to be on-site quite often. We just keep at it and try to get the buildings up. There are no fancy titles here, we just do what needs to be done. We stay busy with the paperwork and site visits. It's just a normal job for us.
