The office is over in Jaibhawani Nagar, right at Sou. Suchitra Shekhar Tikone’s place in Kothrud. It's been around for a bit. We handle local building work. Pune 29 is home for us. Sometimes it gets busy with people coming in. We just focus on the projects at hand. Most days involve looking at plans or checking sites nearby. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. Just a desk and some chairs where we get things done. People know us in the neighborhood. We try to keep things straightforward. If there’s a problem on a site, we go out and fix it. Building stuff takes time and it’s usually dusty work. We deal with the paperwork too, which can be a bit of a headache with all the rules. The Kothrud area has changed a lot since we started. We’ve seen new roads go in and old houses get replaced. It keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the rains slow us down, but that's just part of it. We are just regular people working in the construction line. We don't have a big marketing team. Most of what we do comes from word of mouth. We just keep our heads down and finish the jobs we started. It’s a lot of coordination between different laborers and suppliers. We just keep moving forward. We aren't worried about being the most famous company in Pune.
