We are located in the 411052 area of Maharashtra. It’s a bit of a mix here because one side of the business is about building houses and the other is about moving things around in trucks. This means our office is always a bit chaotic. You’ll find architectural drawings on one desk and shipping manifests on another. It’s not the cleanest or the most organized office you’ll ever see, but it works for us. We have a lot of people coming in and out—drivers, contractors, and sometimes folks looking to buy a flat. The phone rings a lot, and there’s usually a bit of shouting over the noise of the traffic outside to get things heard. Pune is growing so fast that there’s always something to do, whether it’s a new construction site or a delivery that needs to go out. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to polish up our image. It’s just us doing the daily grind. We sit in a standard office building with some worn-out chairs and a coffee pot that has seen better days. It’s a local operation, and we just try to keep the trucks moving and the buildings going up without too much trouble. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving.
