We are located over in Thergaon, specifically in Jai Malhar Nagar. If you are looking for Vijaynath Int. Ext. Pvt. Ltd., we are the ones right near the Masoba Mandir. The Kalewadiphata area is always buzzing with traffic these days, so getting here can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, but once you’re inside the office, it’s mostly just us looking over drawings and handling site stuff. It’s a busy spot in Pune. Our office isn’t anything out of the ordinary. We have a few desks, some samples of materials lying around, and usually a couple of motorbikes parked out front. Being near the temple means we hear the bells in the morning, which is a nice way to start the workday. We handle interior and exterior work, so there’s always someone coming in with mud on their boots from a site or someone else heading out with a measuring tape. It’s a local business, through and through. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy working on other people’s buildings to worry about our own. It’s a practical setup. We know the neighbors, and they know us. Most of the folks working here have lived in Pune their whole lives. We just keep our heads down and get the work done, one project at a time, without making much of a fuss about it.
