Our office, Vijaya Auto Sales Pvt Ltd, is at S No 33, Vijaya Smruti. We are in Mayur Colony, right opposite the Mrutyunjayeshwar Mandir on Karve Road. Kothrud is a busy part of Pune and we have been here for a long time. Our space is in an older building that feels more like a home than a corporate office. You can hear the prayers from the temple across the street every morning and evening. Inside, we have some old metal cabinets where we keep all the files and paperwork. The chairs are a bit stiff and the desks are made of heavy wood. We don't have a modern showroom with glass walls. It’s a bit more traditional. There are usually a few cars parked in the small space out front. My day is spent mostly on the phone or filling out forms for customers. Karve Road is always full of traffic, so there’s a constant sound of horns. We don't have any big slogans or flashy posters on the walls. It’s just a place where we do our business. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh with the people who come in. We know many of the families in Mayur Colony. It’s a comfortable, local kind of place. We don't worry too much about being polished. We just do what we need to do and try to keep everything moving. It’s been our routine for years and it suits us.
