Vijay Nirman Co. Pvt. Ltd. Dhule

We run things from a small spot at Swati Anusaya Apartment in the Katraj area of Pune. Specifically, we are in Room 13. It is right behind PICT College, so we hear the students coming and going all day long. This office is where we handle the work for Vijay Nirman Co. Pvt. Ltd. Dhule. It is not a big corporate space with fancy glass walls or anything. It is just a simple room where we keep our folders and take our calls. Most of the time, the desk is covered in papers and maps of Dhule. We spend a lot of our morning drinking tea and figuring out the schedule for the day. Sometimes the traffic in Katraj makes us late, which is just part of living in Pune I guess. We have been in this room for quite a while and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby. We just want to get the paperwork done so the guys at the sites can do their jobs. It gets a bit cramped when more than two of us are in there at once, especially if we have someone visiting. We just pull up an extra plastic chair and make it work. It is a practical way to run a business without overthinking things.
