Our office is tucked away at 192 Gaikawad Chal on Maling Road in Aundh Gaon. If you are looking for us, we are right near Om Press. It’s a busy little area in Pune. Ritesh Shinde is the one who usually manages the daily grind here. The chawl is a lively place, so there’s always the sound of children playing or people talking in the corridors. We do interior and exterior work, which means we often have samples of wood, paint swatches, and tiles lying around the floor. The space is small, so we have to be organized, though it doesn't always look that way. We don't have air conditioning, so the summer months are pretty tough. We just keep the door open. Pune has its own pace, and Aundh is a mix of old and new. We get a lot of dust from the road and noise from the press nearby, but it’s home to us. Most of our work involves visiting sites across the city, so the office is mainly for planning and keeping the books. We don't use big corporate words or have a polished front desk. It's just a table, some chairs, and a lot of passion for what we do. We know most of the people on the street. It is a very neighborly environment. We just try to do a decent job every day and keep our clients happy without making a big deal out of it.
