We've been over here at Plot-T-71-A1 in the B G Block of MIDC Bhosari for quite a while now. Most people around here just know us as Victory Precisions. It’s a busy spot in Tagore Nagar, and there is always something going on in the workshop. We mostly handle precision work, the kind of stuff where you really have to be careful about every little detail and measurement. My brother and I started this because we liked working with machines. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that, just the shop floor where the real work happens every day. Sometimes the machines get loud, and the grease gets everywhere, but that’s just how it goes in a place like this. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too hot outside. Dealing with the MIDC logistics can be a headache sometimes, especially with all the traffic around Bhosari, but we make it work. Customers usually just drop by the shop or call us when they need a part fixed or a new batch of components made. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, we just want to get the jobs done right so people keep coming back. It’s a lot of long hours, standing on your feet and checking things. If you're looking for us, we're right there near the main industrial area. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do.
