Our office is located in Erandwane, right at Office No 101 on plot number 61/13. It’s a solid part of Pune to be in, and we’ve been here for a good amount of time. We do realty work, which in our case means a lot of checking documents and talking to owners. We don’t have any big mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just come in, drink our coffee, and get to work on whatever property files are on the desk that morning. Erandwane has a lot of history and a lot of different types of buildings, so there is always something new to learn about the plots here. We keep our operations pretty simple. Usually, it's just a few of us handling the phones and meeting with people who want to buy or sell. We try to be honest about what we see in the market. If a deal doesn't look right, we aren't afraid to say it. It’s not the most glamorous job in the world, but it’s what we know how to do. The office is comfortable enough, even if it gets a bit cluttered with maps and legal papers sometimes. We like the pace of things here. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they need a hand with their property stuff. It’s just us doing our thing every day. We don't plan on moving anytime soon.
