Our factory is out in Bavdhan and it is where we spend all our time. It is a place filled with the smell of warm plastic and the constant hum of machines. We have been working here for a long time, making various plastic items that people use every day. The floor is usually covered with scraps and the bins are always full of finished products. It is not a quiet place to work, but we are used to the noise by now. We are a small team and most of us have been here for years. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. We just have the workshop and a small desk for the paperwork. Bavdhan has become much more crowded lately, but our little corner remains focused on production. We deal with molds and raw pellets and cooling cycles. It is a very technical but repetitive job. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs. Most of our work comes from people who already know us. We just try to keep the machines running and the quality consistent. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole day fixing it with grease up to our elbows. That is just how it goes here. We are not trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one in our local area. It is honest, hard work every single day.
