Venkateshwara Hatcheries Pvt. Ltd. is located at S.No. 114/A/2 in Venkateshwara House along the Pune-Sinhbad Road. It is a familiar landmark for many people who travel that route on their way into the city. The building is quite large and we have many different things going on inside its walls. Most of our days are spent monitoring various projects and making sure everything stays on schedule. Since we are right on the Pune-Sinhbad Road, there is always a lot of movement outside with people coming and going. Inside, it is a mix of office spaces and areas where we handle the more practical side of the business. We do not really go for the sleek, modern office look that you see in magazines. Instead, our space is filled with things we actually use every day like charts, ledgers, and plenty of coffee mugs. The staff here is a hardworking bunch, and many of us have been around for a very long time. We know the ins and outs of this business like the back of our hands. It is not always quiet, and things can get a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we always manage to get through it. We do not have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just come in, do our part, and head home to our families. It is a steady kind of life here at Venkateshwara House. We are just people doing a job.
