Venkateshwara Builders

Venkateshwara Builders is located over in Kothrud, which is one of the older, more established parts of Pune. Our office is in the Kapil Abhijat building, flat A/802 in Dahanukar Colony. It’s a nice enough place to work from. We’ve been around this area for a while, seeing Kothrud grow and change. Most of our days are spent talking to clients or checking in on the various building sites we have going. The office usually has a few stacks of floor plans and half-empty tea cups sitting around. We aren't trying to be some giant developer. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. It gets quite busy in the evenings when people get off work and want to come by to talk about their homes. We don’t have a fancy receptionist or anything. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just lets people in. We know the local regulations in Pune pretty well, which helps when things get complicated with the paperwork. It’s a small team, mostly people who have worked together for a long time. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated explanations. We just tell people what we’re doing and when it’ll be done. Living and working in the same city means we run into our clients at the market sometimes, so we try to do a decent job. That's really all there is to it at the end of the day.
