Venkatesh Sharvil

Venkatesh Sharvil is located on Sinhagad Road, specifically near Shikaripalya on Gollahalli Main Road, 26/11. It’s a bit of a drive from the city center, but it’s where we’ve set up our base. We work on building projects around this side of town. It’s mostly just us and a few contractors we trust. We don't have a fancy reception area or people in suits. Most of the time we’re wearing work clothes because we’re actually out on the sites. The office is really just for keeping the books and meeting people to sign papers. Sinhagad Road has grown so much lately, and we’ve been here to see it happen. We don’t make grand promises about being the fastest or anything like that. We just do the work step by step. If there’s a delay with the cement or the laborers don't show up, we just deal with it. It’s a lot of practical, everyday problem-solving. We like the area because it’s a bit quieter than the main city, though it’s getting noisier every year. We’ve got a small team, and we all know our roles. We just want to finish the current project and move on to the next one without too much stress. That’s pretty much all there is to us. We’ve been in this spot for years and don't plan on moving.
