Venera Biotech Systems Pvt. Ltd. is based at 92-B in the Lonavala Industrial Co-Op Estate. We are up here in Nangargaon, Lonavala West, which is a bit of a change from the usual city noise. Being in the district of Pune but tucked away in the hills gives us a different pace. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. Our work is mostly technical, dealing with biotech systems and various equipment. It isn't always the easiest field to be in, but we have a good group of people here who know what they are doing. The rains in Lonavala can be pretty intense, sometimes making it a challenge to get things in and out of the estate, but we’ve figured out how to manage over the years. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or a fancy reception area. It’s a practical workspace where we get things done and then go home. Most of our staff live nearby, so it feels like a local operation. We aren't interested in using big words or making ourselves sound more important than we are. We just focus on the machines and the orders that come in. It’s a steady job and we like the community in the industrial estate. It's just us, working away in the hills, making sure everything runs like it should.
