Velocity Communication

Velocity Communication is tucked away in Kothrud at A/1/9. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, but we still see plenty of folks coming through. We handle a lot of communication stuff, mostly fixing things and helping people get their gadgets working right. The shop is full of boxes and spare parts that we’ve collected over the months. I usually sit at the front desk while my brother works on the repairs in the back. We have a small TV that’s usually on the news just for some background noise. Kothrud is a nice place to work, plenty of trees and good places to grab a snack nearby. Our office isn’t very big, so we have to be careful about where we put everything so we don't trip over cables. We’ve been here long enough that we recognize most of the faces walking past our window. We try to be straightforward with everyone who comes in. If something can’t be fixed, we just say so. There’s no point in making promises we can’t keep. The lights in the shop are a bit dim, but they work fine for what we need. We usually close up around seven and head home. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve gotten into. Every day is a little different depending on what kind of problems people bring to us. We just take it as it comes. Usually, we finish the day with a cold soda from the corner shop.
