Veena Industries Ltd

We are over at S/145 Bhosari Yaswant Nagar, right in the Midc area. Veena Industries Ltd has been part of this industrial belt for a long time. If you know Bhosari, you know it’s a place where things get made. Our facility is a typical industrial shed where there is always some kind of machine noise in the background. We have several rows of equipment and a small area for the staff to take their breaks. It’s not the cleanest place in the world because of all the metalwork and manufacturing going on, but that is just the nature of the industry. We work in shifts to keep things moving. The air in Yaswant Nagar often smells like oil and metal, which is something you just get used to after a week or two. We don't have a big corporate headquarters with a lobby. Our office is just a small corner of the factory floor partitioned off with some glass and plywood. We spend our time looking at production schedules and making sure the machines are maintained properly. Sometimes a machine breaks down and everyone has to scramble to get it fixed so we don't fall behind. It’s a practical, hardworking environment. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make parts and products as required. Midc is a busy place, and we are just one of the many shops trying to do a good job every day and get the orders out of the door.
