The office is tucked away in the city, and it’s where we do all our daily business. Pune is a big place, but we’ve managed to carve out our own little space here. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making sure the numbers add up. We aren't doing anything fancy. It's mostly just regular people trying to make a living and keeping the customers happy with what they get. The building isn't new, and the stairs creak a little, but it works for us. We have our routine and we stick to it. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We deal with all sorts of things throughout the day, and things can get a bit hectic when the phones start ringing all at once. We don't have a big corporate feel. It’s more like a small group of people who have worked together for a long time. We know each other's habits and how everyone likes their workspace. We just keep moving forward, one day at a time, making sure everything is handled properly before we head home to our families in the evening.
