Located at A-18 in Mantri Manor, right on Lane No. 5 in Koregaon Park. It is a quiet enough area for Pune, mostly trees and old houses, but we are tucked in here working on packaging systems. We help companies get their products into bags or boxes or bottles. It could be food or medicine or whatever else needs a machine to pack it up properly. We are not making the machines ourselves right here in this specific office, but we spend all day talking about them and helping people set them up at their own factories. The office feels more like a house because of the building we are in. We have computers, some thick catalogs, and a lot of phone calls going on at once. Most of us have been working here for years. We know which machine fits which type of product without having to look it up. People just call us because they heard we know our stuff. The lane outside is quite narrow, so parking is always a bit of a puzzle for visitors. We drink a lot of coffee and spend time looking at technical drawings on our screens. If a customer has a problem with a conveyor belt or a filling machine, we get on the phone to sort it out. It is steady work. We like being in Koregaon Park because it is central for everyone. The day usually starts early and ends only when the last email is sent.
