Our office is tucked away in Lane 5 over at Koregaon Park. If you know the area, you know Mantri Manor Society. We’re at Plot A-18. It’s actually a pretty nice spot to work, especially with all the trees around this part of town. We’ve been handling packing systems from here for some time. It’s a mix of paperwork and coordinating things for the machines we deal with. The team is small, but everyone has their own way of doing things. Sometimes it gets loud when we’re all on the phones at once, but that’s just how it goes. We don’t really go in for those big corporate speeches. Usually, it’s just a lot of talk about logistics and making sure the parts arrive where they’re supposed to go. It’s a lot of technical stuff, though we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. We’ve got a little kitchen area where we grab tea and talk about anything besides work for a few minutes. Dealing with industrial equipment means there’s always something new to learn or some problem to fix. We just take it one day at a time. The traffic on the main road can be a pain during rush hour, so most of us try to get in early. It’s a steady rhythm we’ve built up over the years here in Pune. Just us doing our thing at the office and making sure the boxes get shipped out to the customers without too much of a delay.
