Our place is over in Tukaram Nagar, near the hospital in Chandan Nagar. If you know the area in Pune, it's pretty easy to find. We are at Survey No 9/2. It’s a busy spot. We have trucks coming in and out quite often. The office is right there on the ground. Ram Bahadur Chhetri stays on top of things here. We spend most of our time looking at schedules. Road transport is never really predictable. Roads get blocked or trucks break down sometimes. We just deal with it as it happens. We have a few chairs for visitors, but mostly it’s just us working. The fans hum all day to keep us cool. Pune weather can be okay, but it gets dusty. We keep our logs in big binders. Digital stuff is there, but we still like our paper. It feels more real that way. We talk to drivers about the routes to take. Some of them have been with us for a long time. We know their families too. It’s that kind of place. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. Usually, one of us just looks up from a desk when someone walks in. We handle the loads and make sure they get where they need to. It’s a lot of coordination. We just keep moving and don't worry about the small things.
