Vastupurti Housing Private Limited

We are based out of Flat 202 in the Sai Megh building, which is over in Ambegaon Kh., Pune. It is a quiet enough spot at S. No. 59/2, and mostly we just spend our time here handling the day-to-day work for Vastupurti Housing Private Limited. The office is really just a flat that we have converted into a working space, so it feels more like a home than a corporate building. We have got some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of documents related to the housing projects we look after. Pune can get quite hot in the summer, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we talk to people or sort through the mail. Being in the 411046 area means we are a bit away from the main city chaos, which is nice because it lets us focus on what needs doing. We do not have a big reception area or anything like that, just a door that people knock on when they need to see us. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, adding a bit of life to the workday. It is a simple way to run things, but it works for us and the people we deal with. We take our time with the details and try not to get too stressed when things get a bit hectic with the paperwork. It is just how we do things here in Ambegaon, keeping it honest and straightforward every single day.
