Vastu Vikas Consturctions

Vastu Vikas Consturctions is tucked away in the Kaustub App. over in Faniali Talim, Kasba Peth. This is in Pune, and it’s one of the older parts of the city. You can really feel the history when you walk through the narrow lanes of Kasba Peth. Our office in the apartment is small and cozy. We share the building with families who have lived here for generations. Sometimes you can hear someone’s radio or the sound of cooking from the next door. It’s not like the modern office parks in Hinjewadi. The Faniali Talim is a local landmark, so people usually find us by asking for that. We have some old wooden desks and a lot of maps and drawings rolled up in the corners. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We spend a lot of time out on sites, so the office is often empty for half the day. When we are here, it’s mostly to catch up on the books or meet with someone who has stopped by. We use the local canteen for our tea. The spelling of the company name might look a bit odd to some, but that’s just how it is. We are part of the local fabric here in Pune. It’s a quiet life in a busy old neighborhood. We don't have any corporate frills, just our basic tools and the space we need.
