This branch of Vascon Engineers Limited is tucked away in Karvenagar, Pune. We are located at "Yashashri," which is Flat 05 in the Padmarekha Society. We are actually c/o Sharad Lele and Aditya Gangji. Karvenagar is a nice area with lots of trees and old buildings, so it feels very much like the heart of the city. Padmarekha Society is a typical Pune residential complex, and our office fits right in. It is not a massive skyscraper office. It’s a place where we sit and figure out the engineering details for our various projects. Sometimes it’s a bit quiet, and other times it’s frantic with deadlines. We have tea together in the afternoons and talk about what needs to be finished. The office has a very personal feel to it, probably because it’s in a housing society. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to polish our words, so this is just the reality of our daily work life. We handle the technical side of things and make sure the paperwork for the Pune projects is in order. People usually find us by looking for the society name rather than a big corporate logo. We like the way things are here because it allows us to focus on the actual engineering work without too many distractions from the outside world.
