Vasant Builder Pune

Our office is over in Pimple Sudagar, specifically in Bora Park. It’s a decent spot, 101 in the A Wing. If you know Pune, you know how much this area has changed over the years. It used to be much quieter, but now there are buildings going up everywhere you look. We are part of that whole scene, just building things and keeping the sites running. The office usually has a few people coming in with mud on their shoes from whatever project we have going on at the time. We drink a lot of chai and talk about cement prices or how long the rain is going to last this year. It’s not some big corporate headquarters with glass walls. We just have our desks and some chairs for when people stop by to chat about their homes. Sometimes the traffic on the way to the office is a real headache, especially during peak hours. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows what they need to do. It’s mostly about coordinating between the guys on the ground and the people who want to move in. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on the bricks and the deadlines. It’s a busy life here in Pune-27, and we are right in the middle of it, just trying to keep everything moving forward without too much fuss.
