You can find the office for Varsha Forgings Ltd at Shop No 210 and 211 in the City Mall. It’s right near Pune University on Ganeshkhind Road. Being in a mall is a bit different for a forging company, but it makes things convenient for some of the admin stuff we have to do. Ganeshkhind is a busy area, especially with all the students and traffic around the university. We spend a lot of time on the phones and handling the logistics side of things from these two shops. It’s not a huge space, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. The desks are usually covered in drawings and order forms. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We aren't much for fancy decorations or looking like a big multinational. We’re just a local business mostly just dealing with the people who need our stuff. It gets noisy outside with the traffic on the main road, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. We’ve been around this part of Pune for long enough that we don’t really need to explain ourselves to anyone. It’s a simple setup, really. We handle the orders, talk to the factory, and make sure the deliveries are sent out. That’s about it.
