You can find us at 1231/2 Deccan Gymkhana, right on Senapati Bapat Marg. Our office is in the Gurukrupa building, which is directly opposite the Raymond showroom. That’s usually how we tell people to find us because the showroom is such a big landmark. Being on Senapati Bapat Marg means it's always busy outside with cars and people, but inside we just focus on our building projects. We aren't a big corporate developer with a glass skyscraper. We’re just a local firm working out of a modest office. There are samples of flooring and wood finishes all over the place. We spend a lot of our time meeting with people who want to build a house or renovate an old one. It’s a lot of talking about costs and what’s actually possible on a piece of land. We’ve been in Deccan Gymkhana for a long time, so we know the local rules and the people around here quite well. There isn't any fancy marketing going on. We just show people what we’ve built before and let them decide. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the paperwork, but that’s just how it is when you’re busy. We’re just a small team of builders who take pride in what we do without making a big fuss about it. If you need us, we’re just across from the Raymond shop.
