So, Varroc Eng Pvt Ltd is located over in Sant Tukaram Nagar. If you know Pimpri, you know it gets crowded. We are actually inside the building belonging to S. K. Malwatkar at 114/616. It is a bit of a tight spot sometimes with all the traffic in Pune-18. We have been working out of here for some time now. The workspace is functional. We’ve got our desks and the equipment we need to get through the daily tasks. It’s mostly engineering work, nothing too glamorous. People walk by all the time since it’s a residential and commercial mix around here. We know the neighbors pretty well by now. Usually, the mornings start with tea and then we just dive into the technical drawings or whatever is on the schedule for that day. It gets noisy outside, especially in the afternoons, but you learn to tune it out. We aren't a big flashy corporate office. It's just a bunch of us trying to make sure the work is done right before we head home to our families. Some days the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, which is just part of living in Pimpri, I guess. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk. If there's a problem, we just fix it and move on. That's the way it's always been at this branch. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay out of the way of the heavy traffic.
