Vardhaman Residency

You can find us at the Gujarat Colony in Kothrud, Pune. Specifically, we are situated at Room Number 3 in the Suraj Sutar Chal. It is right across from the Bhupali Apartments. This is a residency, so it is mostly about people living their lives and going about their daily business. Santosh Walunj is the one who keeps an eye on things around here. It is a simple place, not one of those massive luxury high-rises you see popping up everywhere else in the city these days. The building has been a part of the neighborhood for a long time. We don't have a big management office with glass walls or uniform security. It is more of a local living arrangement where most everyone knows each other’s names. Living in Kothrud is nice because everything is close by, like the small shops and the bus stops. We don’t put out big ads or anything like that. People usually find a room here through friends or family who already stay in the area. The hallways are a bit narrow and the stairs are well-used. It’s a practical place to stay if you work nearby or are just starting out in Pune. We try to keep the place tidy, but it's an older structure with its own little quirks that you get used to. That is just the way it is. It feels like home to the folks who stay here.
