Varcos Consulting Llp is located in Kothrud, right in the Madhav Baug Society. If you’ve ever been to Pune, you know Kothrud is one of those places that feels like a mix of old family homes and new offices. Our spot is in Shivtirth Nagar, which is usually quite peaceful compared to the main roads. We set up shop here because it’s easy for everyone to get to. It isn't a huge glass building with a lobby; it’s more of a regular space where we can actually get things done without too much noise. We have a few desks, some computers, and a small kitchen area where the kettle is always on. Sometimes the society gate gets a bit crowded in the mornings, but that’s just part of life here. We’re just a bunch of people who enjoy consulting and live around the area. It feels more like a home than an office sometimes, which we actually prefer. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. Most of our time is spent on calls or looking at spreadsheets. It’s simple work, and we like it that way. Being near S. No. 117/118 makes it easy to explain where we are to delivery drivers, though they still get lost occasionally. Pune has a specific way of working, and we fit right into that local vibe.
