Up on the eighth floor of the Secret Word Tower, you’ll find us. Office number 805, specifically. It’s in the South Block in Vanri. The view is okay, mostly roofs and other buildings. We spend a lot of time on the phones or looking at screens. It’s what you expect from a place like Tikona Digital Networks. The elevator in this building is sometimes slow, so we take the stairs if we’re in a rush, though eight floors is a lot for some of us. It’s a busy office. Cables everywhere, desks pushed together, and the hum of the air conditioner. We handle a lot of technical stuff. People call us when their internet isn't working or they want a new connection. It’s not always easy explaining technical things, but we try to keep it simple. We aren't a huge team in this particular office, but we stay busy. Lunch is usually whatever someone brought from home or something quick from downstairs. We have some plants by the window, but they don't get much sun. It’s a typical office setup. We don't have a fancy lounge or a coffee bar. Just some desks and the tools we need to get people connected. Sometimes it gets stressful when the network goes down, but we just work through it until it's fixed. That’s the job we signed up for. We have a whiteboard where we track current issues. It keeps us on track throughout the day. The carpet is a bit worn out and the blinds are tricky to close.
