We’ve been at this spot for a while now. It’s a handy location because it’s easy for the guys to get to from different parts of the city. We aren't a big corporate giant with a glass building. Our place is pretty simple. We have our desks, our maps, and our tea. People come and go throughout the day. Alandi Road always has something going on, so it’s never quiet. We just keep our heads down and work on our engineering projects. Yerwada has a lot of character, and we fit right in. We don't use any big marketing slogans. We just tell people we are Valecha Engg. Ltd, Pune and we are based near Visrantwavdi. It’s an honest way to work. Most of us have been with the company for a long time. We know the area well. Sometimes the traffic makes us late, but that’s just Pune life. We stay until the job is done. It’s a regular office for regular people. We don't need anything more than that to do our jobs properly. If you pass by Alandi Road, you might see us. We’ve got our door open most days. It’s just how we operate. Nothing too special about it.
