We are located right across from the E.S.I. Hospital in Chinchwad, specifically at Saindane Niwas in Mohannagar. Being in this part of Pune means we are always in the middle of a lot of activity. Construction work can be messy and loud, but we try to keep things as tidy as possible at our office space. It is a local operation through and through. Most of the people working here live nearby in Chinchwad or the surrounding suburbs, so we know the local roads and how things work in this district. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is at their desk. It’s more of a family-type atmosphere where everyone chips in. We deal with a lot of different projects, some big and some small, but the approach is the same for all of them. Just get the job done right and don't cut corners. If you are coming to visit us, look for the hospital first, and then you’ll see our building right opposite. Parking can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, so it's usually better to come by in the late morning. We’ve been part of the Mohannagar community for a good bit of time now. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Pune, just a reliable one that people in the neighborhood can depend on. We keep things simple and just focus on the building side of the business.
