We are based out of the 411 014 zip code area in Pune. It is a very busy part of Maharashtra and it seems like there is always something new being built or repaired around here. Vaichal Constructions has been around for some time now, and we have seen the city grow up around us. We are not the type of people to put up big billboards or run commercials on the radio. Most of our work comes through people we already know or past clients who tell their friends. We have a small office where we handle the bills and the paperwork, but to be honest, we all prefer being out on the site. It gets dusty and loud out there, but that is just the nature of the job. We work with a mix of local workers, and some of them have been with us for a really long time. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe our business. We build things, plain and simple. Sometimes it is a bit of a struggle with getting permits or waiting for supplies to arrive, but we always find a way to get through it. The city of Pune keeps growing so there is never a shortage of stuff to fix or build. We try to stay as organized as possible, though some days are definitely more chaotic than others. Our address here in Pune is where we coordinate everything from. It is not a fancy showroom, just a functional space for us to work. We do not have a corporate handbook. We just keep moving.
