If you are heading down the Hadapsar Bypass towards Chandan Nagar, you will find our place in the Daphal Building. It is over at Sy.No 52/1, part of the Sri Ram Society. Being right on the bypass means it is never really quiet here in Pune. The sound of trucks and cars is just part of the background noise while we work. The office is a bit small, mostly just enough space for some desks and a couple of chairs for when someone visits. I spend a lot of time here looking over documents and taking calls. It’s a bit of a one-man show sometimes, but that is just the way it worked out. I have my own way of filing things, which might look a bit messy to someone else, but I know where everything is. The society is a nice enough place, even with the traffic noise. Sometimes I take a walk around the block just to clear my head before getting back to the computer. There is no big sign outside or anything like that. People usually find me because they know the address or someone told them where to look. It’s just a plain, honest workspace where I get my daily tasks done. There’s no need for anything more than that. I’ve been in this part of Pune for a long time and I’ve seen the bypass get busier every year.
