Down at S. No. 81/5 in the Dangat Industrial Estate, things stay pretty active throughout the week. We are in Shed No. I, which is just off the NDA Road in Shivne. It is a typical industrial shed with a high roof and plenty of grease on the floor. We do a lot of different manufacturing tasks here, so there is always a mix of metal shavings and oil around the machines. The guys usually have the radio playing in the background, though you can barely hear it over the lathes and drills. It’s a hands-on environment. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our overalls, probably elbow-deep in some machinery. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just the name on the door. The office is just a small partitioned area with a couple of chairs and a filing cabinet that won't stay closed. We handle all kinds of small and medium parts. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought, and we end up staying late into the evening. The tea stall down the road is where we usually take our breaks. It is a simple setup without any bells or whistles. We focus on the drawings we get and try to make the parts as accurately as the machines allow. It isn't a glamorous job, but we've been doing it a long time and we understand how the metal behaves when you cut it.
