Vaibhav Architects & Devlopers

We have our office for Vaibhav Architects & Devlopers set up in Vadgaon Budruk. It is not a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that, but it works for what we do every day. Most mornings start with someone opening the shutters and the smell of the nearby tea stall coming in through the windows. We spend a lot of time looking at site maps and talking about where the cement is going to go. The desks are usually covered in pencils and old rulers that have seen better days. Vadgaon Budruk is a growing area, so there is always a lot of dust and noise from the construction sites nearby. We don’t mind it much because it is just part of the job. Some days are long, especially when the rain starts and everything gets muddy, but we just keep at it. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we walk or take a scooter to the office. We usually eat lunch together around the big table in the back room, talking about normal things like the cricket score or what’s on the news. It is just a regular group of people trying to get the drawings right and making sure the builders know what they are doing. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us pretty well by this point. We like the local routine and the people we see every day.
