Vaghela Constructions.

We run Vaghela Constructions from a flat in Dhankawadi, Pune. Specifically, it’s Flat No-203 in Morya Heights. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't really look like a construction office from the outside. We’re over at Sn-30/2/3/1, staying with Bhargude H.R. for the time being. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with all the maps, site photos, and permit papers taking up the dining table and the spare room. Pune is a busy city, and Dhankawadi has its own kind of energy. We’re always running out to different job sites across the city, then coming back here to finish the paperwork in the evening. There’s a nice view from the balcony, but we don't usually have much time to look at it. We’ve been doing this for a few years now. It started small, and it’s still pretty small, just a few of us making sure the builds are moving along. My brother handles the site visits while I stay back to manage the suppliers and the billing. Sometimes the neighbors complain if we have too many visitors, so we try to keep things quiet. It’s a practical way to run a business without having to pay for a big commercial office space. We just focus on getting the walls up and the roofs on for our clients. It’s honest work, and we’re happy to be doing it here in Pune.
